Data Deletion Request

Stuwius respects your ability to access, correct and request deletion of eligible personal information associated with your use of our website, WhatsApp support and educational services.

This page explains how to submit a data-deletion request and what happens after your request is received.

Depending on the services used and applicable requirements, you may request deletion of eligible information such as:

• Your name.
• Email address.
• Telephone or WhatsApp number.
• WhatsApp profile information received by Stuwius.
• Website enquiry details.
• WhatsApp conversation records stored in the Stuwius portal.
• Website chatbot conversation records.
• Academic or service requirements.
• Uploaded documents or files.
• Internal enquiry or lead records associated with you.
• Support and communication history.
• Meta advertisement-referral information connected with your enquiry.

You may request deletion of all eligible information or identify particular records that you would like us to delete.

Use the email subject: Stuwius Data Deletion Request

Include the following information:

• Your full name.
• The email address used to contact Stuwius.
• The WhatsApp or telephone number used to communicate with Stuwius.
• A short description of the information you want deleted.
• The approximate date of your enquiry or service, where known.
• Any other information that helps us locate the correct records.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

To protect information from unauthorised access or deletion, Stuwius may ask you to verify that you are connected with the relevant record.

Verification may be completed through:

• A response from the email address used for the enquiry.
• Confirmation from the WhatsApp number associated with the conversation.
• Limited information about the relevant enquiry or service.
• Another reasonable verification method.

We will request only the information reasonably necessary to confirm the request.

After receiving a request, Stuwius will aim to:

• Acknowledge the request.
• Review the information provided.
• Verify the identity of the requester where required.
• Locate relevant records.
• Confirm whether the information is eligible for deletion.
• Delete, anonymise or restrict eligible information.
• Send confirmation after the request has been processed.

Additional time may be required where a request is complex, information is difficult to identify or applicable requirements permit a longer period. We will communicate when additional information or time is reasonably required.

In limited circumstances, Stuwius may retain the minimum information necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations.
• Accounting and transaction records.
• Establishing or protecting legal rights.
• Fraud prevention.
• System security.
• Resolving an active complaint or dispute.
• Recording that a deletion request was completed.
• Preventing the immediate recreation of deleted marketing preferences.

Where retention is required, access will be limited and the information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

A deletion request submitted to Stuwius may cover eligible information received or stored by Stuwius through:

• WhatsApp conversations.
• The WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Facebook or Instagram advertisement referrals.
• The Stuwius administration portal.

Deleting information from Stuwius systems does not automatically delete information independently controlled by WhatsApp, Meta or another third-party platform.

For information maintained directly by a third-party platform, you may also need to use the privacy or account controls provided by that platform.

You may request deletion of eligible documents voluntarily uploaded or shared with Stuwius.

Please identify the document or associated service as clearly as possible.

Where a file is part of an active service, Stuwius may first confirm whether deleting it would affect the completion of that service.

You can ask Stuwius to stop non-essential promotional communication without deleting your complete service history.

You may:

• Reply “Stop” to an applicable promotional message.
• Inform the Stuwius support team.
• Email support@stuwius.in.

Service-related communication may continue where reasonably necessary for an active enquiry or service.

You may use the same contact process to request:

• Access to relevant personal information.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Updating of contact details.
• Clarification about how information has been used.
• Withdrawal of consent where applicable.

State “Data Access Request” or “Data Correction Request” in the email subject as appropriate.

Stuwius does not normally charge a fee for a reasonable privacy or deletion request.

Where a request is repetitive, excessive or requires an unusual level of administrative work, Stuwius may respond in accordance with applicable law and communicate any available options before proceeding.
