Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

Where work has already commenced, the completed portion and committed resources may remain chargeable.

Clients should not provide material that unlawfully infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

Stuwius aims to complete agreed work within the confirmed timeline.

Delivery timing depends on:

• Timely receipt of instructions.
• Availability of required files and data.
• Client responses to clarification requests.
• Timely payments.
• Scope remaining materially unchanged.
• Technical or external circumstances.

A timeline may be adjusted when:

• Requirements change.
• Essential information is delayed.
• Client feedback is delayed.
• Additional work is requested.
• A technical or external issue reasonably affects delivery.

Stuwius will aim to communicate material timeline changes promptly.

A request may be treated as additional work where it:

• Introduces a new topic.
• Changes the original objective.
• Adds substantial new content.
• Changes methodology.
• Adds new data or analysis.
• Changes the required format after completion.
• Is received outside the agreed support period.

Stuwius aims to address valid revision requests clearly and professionally.

Stuwius may use WhatsApp to:

Messages may be delivered to the secure Stuwius administration portal and accessed by authorised team members.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the WhatsApp number used for communication is accurate and secure.

A client may request that communication continue through another available channel.

Stuwius may use artificial intelligence technology to:

• Help understand an enquiry.
• Organise requirements.
• Suggest replies to authorised team members.
• Improve response speed.
• Assist with administrative communication.

AI-generated communication may be reviewed, edited or replaced by an authorised Stuwius team member.

Clients may request human assistance at any time.

AI-assisted communication does not replace the client’s responsibility to review service information and final deliverables.

The Stuwius website, branding, original website content, software, designs, processes and general service materials remain the property of Stuwius or their respective licensors.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Clients may use customised deliverables provided for their agreed educational or professional purpose after completing the agreed payment.
• Stuwius retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, templates, methods and general resources.
• Third-party content remains owned by its respective owner.
• No right is granted to copy, resell or commercially distribute the Stuwius website, portal or proprietary service systems.

Specific intellectual-property arrangements stated in a written service confirmation will take priority for that service.

Access may be limited to authorised team members and service providers who require the information to support the service.

Clients should clearly identify particularly confidential information and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply where disclosure is:

• Related to information already lawfully public.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total liability of Stuwius relating to a particular paid service will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
